Relay For Life

Relay for life is a sponsored walk to raise awareness and funds to support people directly affected by cancer.

Saturday 25th March is the date for our local Relay for Life and as difficult as it may be as our emotions are still raw, my son Sean and his fiancé Emily have volunteered to be the DJ’s for the late evening part of the event and I will be going along to support them and raise some funds at the same time.

Due to an annoying leg injury, I won’t be able to do laps of the athletics track this time, except for the survivors and carers lap so probably going to sponsor myself for each lap I don’t do instead.
